The number of micro and small entrepreneurs exempted from profit or income tax on income they receive from innovation activities has reached 282.

14 more applications from SME entities to obtain a “Startup” certificate have been received by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMEDA). The applications were considered at a meeting of the Expert Council on Issuing a “Startup” Certificate, and a decision was made to issue the relevant document to 10 of them. Thus, the number of SME entities that have received a “Startup” certificate has reached 282.

Startup certificates were presented for the projects of “İşhesabi” LLC’s cloud-based ERP (enterprise resource management system) platform, “Bonfi” LLC’s digital benefits solution, “Qalan” LLC’s math-oriented online education platform for schoolchildren, “Splus az” LLC’s smart building management and resident service platform, “Vexvon” LLC’s artificial intelligence-based customer communication and sales automation platform, “Anacan” LLC’s digital guide for women, “Chevvick Solutions” LLC’s mobile payment platform, “Too Far Logistics and Consulting” LLC’s electronic management, signing and archiving of contractual relations between commercial organizations, “S2 Studio” LLC’s mobile restaurant reservation platform, and “Viralix” LLC’s artificial intelligence-based digital marketing, design and advertising management platform.

The "Startup" certificate exempts SMEs from profit and income tax on their income from innovation activities for a period of 3 years from the date they receive the certificate.
