iIT Distribution Azerbaijan, as a member of the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Organizations Association (AKTA), participated as a Gold Sponsor in the IV National Cybersecurity Forum held in Baku on June 4.
Organized by AKTA and held in partnership with the Cybersecurity Center of the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the forum brought together representatives of state agencies, international organizations, the private sector, academia and the cybersecurity community, creating a platform for discussing current challenges and development trends in the field.
Within the framework of the event, iIT Distribution Azerbaijan demonstrated cybersecurity solutions from leading global vendors Ping Identity, Vectra AI and Censys. Participants were introduced to modern technologies aimed at protecting digital identities, detecting threats, managing the attack surface and increasing the cyber resilience of organizations.
One of the highlights of the forum was the speech of Elnur Khalilzadeh, Executive Director of iIT Distribution for Azerbaijan, at the panel session on “Modern Cybersecurity Threats”. During the presentation, global cybersecurity trends, real incidents observed in Azerbaijan, and practical approaches that organizations can apply to strengthen their security level were discussed.
The speech paid special attention to the changing threat environment against the backdrop of digital transformation and the development of artificial intelligence, the importance of proactive security measures, the formation of a cybersecurity culture, and increasing the readiness of organizations for modern risks.
The forum once again confirmed that it is an important platform for strengthening cooperation between government agencies, the private sector, and the expert community. With its participation in the event and the presentation of advanced cybersecurity solutions, iIT Distribution Azerbaijan once again demonstrated its commitment to the development of Azerbaijan’s cybersecurity ecosystem and the promotion of secure digital transformation.
