Applications for the third wave of trainings at the "Vistar" Center of Excellence, established in partnership with the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDIA), the Space Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Israel Aerospace Industries Corporation and the Holon Institute of Technology, have been announced.
The training program aims to strengthen human capital in the IT field, systematically develop early-stage startups, develop knowledge and skills in the commercialization of artificial intelligence and satellite technologies, as well as develop "soft skills" that are of great importance in the modern business environment.
During the intensive seven-week training, participants will be able to benefit from mentors and expert support from a number of leading educational centers in Israel, including the Holon Institute of Technology. At the end of the program, startups will be formed from among the participants, and these startups will present their projects at the "Demo Day" event.

Please note that the first wave of training at the Vistar Center of Excellence was launched in November 2025. The training program consists of 2 main modules: "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" and "Satellite Innovations and Applications". The second wave began in February 2026. A total of 62 participants graduated from both waves.
