The Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA), together with the Azerbaijan HR Institute, organized a special information session on “Digital Approaches in Human Capital.” The event was attended by over 50 HR managers, personnel specialists, and industry experts representing both the public and private sectors, IDDA told APA-Economics.
The main goal of the session was to expand the application of digital services in human resource management and to showcase the capabilities of the “mygov” platform. During the meeting, participants discussed how digitalizing recruitment and onboarding processes simplifies work for both organizations and citizens. Attendees received detailed information on the digital presentation of documents through “mygov,” including criminal and employment records, diplomas, military IDs, marriage and birth certificates. It was noted that these services not only improve accuracy in processes but also ensure speed and data security.
The event also featured discussions on deepening cooperation between the public and private sectors and transitioning to digital management. Organizers emphasized that such initiatives will continue in the future to support the development of digital skills and the implementation of innovative solutions in the human resources field.
