4SIM and SABAH.HUB will jointly support the development of the Startup ecosystem in the country

Within the framework of the "Baku ID" (Baku Investment Day) festival held in Baku, between the Analysis and Coordination Center of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4SIM) and the SABAH.HUB Innovation Center under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, supporting the development of the local startup ecosystem within the framework of the development of the digital economy in the country and cooperation in this field Memorandum of Understanding was signed.
The memorandum of understanding was signed by the executive director of 4SIM Fariz Jafarov and the executive director of SABAH.HUB Rahim Bayramli.
According to the memorandum, the parties will cooperate in the development of the innovation ecosystem in the country, establishment of dual degree programs with international and local universities with an artificial intelligence focus, attraction of experienced human capital to the country, research and training programs.
The document also includes the continuation of joint efforts to create a science and industry cluster within the framework of the development of the digital economy, as well as cooperation with the "Global Innovators" community of the World Economic Forum (WEF) on the implementation of a similar experience in our country. 4SIM and SABAH.HUB will cooperate with the "Unicorns" and "Technology Pioneers" communities of DIF and support the membership of Azerbaijani startups in those communities.
