The “Digital Ecology” Information System (REIS) aims to organize the areas of activity of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources in a more efficient, transparent and accessible manner through digital technologies and information and communication solutions. This system is designed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal and external activities of the ministry.
System Management and Financing
The REIS will be managed by the Ministry, and the operator functions will be performed by the “Geodesy and Cartography Agency” public legal entity. The Ministry of Finance will take measures to finance the costs required for the creation, management and maintenance of this system through the targeted budget funds of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. The Cabinet of Ministers is entrusted with resolving other issues related to the system.
Data Security and Sustainability
The REIS and its backup copies will be stored in the “Government Cloud”, which will ensure the security and continuous operation of the system.
Data Stored in REIS
The system will include the identity card data of Azerbaijani citizens (surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, registration address, FIN, etc.), details of permits for hunting weapons, information on taxpayers (TIN, name of legal entity), information on pensions and employment contracts.
Usage Rules
Legal entities and organizations will use automatically created electronic cabinets after being identified through the Single Login System to access REIS. During this process, responsible persons of the organizations will gain access to the system within the framework of the relevant rights.
Individuals will be able to use the services of the system by logging into their electronic cabinets through the Single Login System.
This approach allows both individuals and legal entities to benefit from the capabilities of REIS in a transparent and convenient way.
