On August 1, in celebration of the Day of the Azerbaijani Alphabet and Language, several courses have been dubbed into Azerbaijani within the framework of the “4SI Academy” to expand access to knowledge in digital technologies in the native language.
As part of the “National Program” on August 1, a significant step was taken to broaden access to knowledge in Industry 4.0 and digital technologies in Azerbaijani. In addition to the 10 most in-demand courses previously offered on the “Coursera” platform under the National Program, 5 more courses have now been dubbed into Azerbaijani and made available to users. Thus, a total of 15 of the most popular courses are now fully presented in the Azerbaijani language.
At the same time, with the support of artificial intelligence, the translation of over 2,500 courses into Azerbaijani has been improved, subtitles have been edited, and the courses have been made more accessible on the platform.
The dubbed courses belong to reputable technology companies and educational institutions such as DeepLearning.AI, IBM, Microsoft, Stanford University, and INSEAD. These courses cover modern fields including artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, project and product management, software engineering, blockchain technologies, and more.
The “National Program” is implemented jointly by the Analysis and Coordination Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4SIM) under the Ministry of Economy and the Education Development Fund under the Ministry of Education. Its goal is to accelerate the transition to a digital economy in the country by developing knowledge and skills in Industry 4.0, and to support the training of qualified personnel in this sector for the labor market.
Azerbaijani citizens, regardless of age or place of residence, can benefit from this opportunity.
