AccessBank has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Neurotime, a company specialized in artificial intelligence (AI), in response to the dynamic expansion of AI applications in Azerbaijan and the rapidly growing demand for digital transformation across various sectors. The collaboration aims to support the development of the AI ecosystem in the country and strengthen professional training in this field.
Within the framework of the Memorandum, the parties plan to jointly design and implement training programs that will help develop modern knowledge and practical skills in artificial intelligence. The goal of these programs is to meet the rising demand in the labor market, create new AI-driven opportunities for youth and professionals, and contribute to the country’s digital development strategy.
Under the partnership, trainers appointed by AccessBank will lead the “AI in Design” program, focusing on topics such as generative design principles, AI-assisted creativity, and algorithmic approaches in visual content creation. Neurotime specialists will be responsible for delivering both the “Data Engineering and Generative AI” and “Generative AI for Next-Gen Frontend” programs.
The “Data Engineering and Generative AI” module will cover Python and foundational data engineering concepts, SQL and NoSQL, containerization, messaging systems, monitoring and observability, as well as real business applications of generative AI technologies.
The “Frontend + AI” course will provide hands-on experience in advanced frontend technologies, AI integration, interactive user interface development, and practical use of visual AI models.
The training sessions will be held in person at AccessBank’s Head Office. Participant selection, registration, and evaluation will be carried out by Neurotime. The Memorandum also grants AccessBank employees free access to the training sessions, reflecting the Bank’s strong commitment to developing its internal human capital.
“We believe that this educational initiative will generate real application opportunities not only in IT, but also across other business directions. Artificial intelligence enhances the productivity of business processes, strengthens analytics, and enables more accurate operational decisions. Having local professionals work closely with the AccessBank team to explore AI solutions for the banking and business environment will deliver valuable outcomes,”
said Davit Tsiklauri, Chairman of the Management Board of AccessBank.
“We believe that this partnership with AccessBank represents one of the most valuable investments in human capital. AI has already become an integral part of daily workflows in many countries around the world. Our goal is to support businesses in Azerbaijan and accelerate their digital transformation. This Memorandum provides an excellent opportunity for both participants and AccessBank employees to gain new technological skills, learn practical AI applications, and advance their professional development,”
said Vugar Javadov, Director of Neurotime.
The Memorandum signed between AccessBank and Neurotime will make a significant contribution to the development of the artificial intelligence sector in Azerbaijan, the enhancement of digital skills, and the promotion of innovative thinking.
