"Azercell Telekom" LLC reserves all property and copyrights related to the card service provided by it, including accounts belonging to customers, history of those accounts, customer balances, service fee payments, cashback returns, all other information and transactions carried out on accounts, as well as until now and transfers all rights to "A-Solutions Electronic Money Organization" Limited Liability Company for any debt obligations arising from customers for that service in the future.
Tech.az Media informs that a corresponding decision has been signed in this regard. It was noted that the mentioned decision will enter into force from September 5.
"A-Solutions Electronic Money Organization", a subsidiary of "Azercell Telekom" based on the license issued by the Central Bank on May 16 of the current year, issues electronic money and executes payment operations related to electronic money, as well as other payment services, if provided for in the license. has the right to exercise.
Customers who have not applied to "Azercell Telekom" and refused the card service by the specified date will be able to continue using the card service provided by "A-Solutions Electronic Money Organization" under the same favorable conditions.
