Future Lab aims to be a leader in developing human-centric innovative solutions in Azerbaijan. Established by PASHA Holding, this “innovation laboratory” aims to offer creative and cutting-edge solutions to fulfill the Group’s commitments to meet people’s needs in technology, entrepreneurship, insurance, banking and other areas.
“Innovations are not just for the sake of technological innovation, they are to improve people’s quality of life. Our goal is to prioritize people’s needs and have a lasting positive impact on their lives,” says Future LAB CEO Farrukh Aliyev.
Future LAB initiatives are aimed at making user-friendly services accessible across all PASHA Group companies. This initiative aims to serve more customers through digital solutions tailored to their daily needs. “Our mission is to create a benchmark in the region for customer-centric services and to make every transaction purposeful,” said Farrukh Aliyev.
Currently, Future LAB is mainly developing two products. One of these products provides specialized solutions that simplify operations in micro and small enterprises, encourage collaboration and support sustainable development. Another product aims to simplify the process of protecting real estate. This product will provide individuals with practical tools and clear instructions to effectively protect their homes and investments.
Another important issue that Future LAB is focusing on this year is attracting and developing skilled professionals. "By creating an environment for collaboration and creativity, we are not only shaping services, but also encouraging and equipping the next generation of innovators to grow," says Farrukh Aliyev.
