INMerge Ventures has participated in a $3 million pre-seed investment round in maritime technology startup MagicPort.
The round also includes Sturgeon Capital, Hustle Fund, Everywhere Ventures, Transport Capital, Caucasus Ventures, Scorpa Pranedya and other investors.
MagicPort develops intelligent analytics and automation solutions for the global maritime transportation industry. The platform allows shipping companies, ship agents and other participants to manage port operations on a single digital platform, automate business processes and monitor transactions in real time.
The company’s solutions are currently used by more than 300 companies in more than 80 countries. The platform is designed to reduce manual labor, minimize operational errors, improve customer service and manage business processes more efficiently.
