According to the report, this figure is significantly higher than the stock awards offered by previous giants of the technology sector before entering the public stock market. Experts attribute this to the increased competition for talented specialists in the field of artificial intelligence (AI).
To maintain a leading position in the field of AI, OpenAI and other technology players are offering larger stock agreements to attract and retain researchers and engineers.
