Kazakhstan's EA Group investment holding has invested 500 thousand dollars in PLATMA startup. US investment fund Almaz Capital, Murat Abdrehmanov, Tumar Venture Fund, a number of business angels and other funds also participated in this round. The total investment amount was 2 million dollars, and the value of the startup was estimated at 20 million dollars. In February of this year, the startup received investment from Azerbaijan's first venture fund "Caucasus Ventures".
Please note that PLATMA is an "AI Extreme No-Code" platform for automating business processes for users without software development and programming skills. This product enables any workplace to create digital solutions without a development team.
The startup's largest office is located in the UAE, and the team operates in the United States, Ukraine, Cyprus, Portugal and other countries. In 2024, PLATMA and PLATMA Academy opened their offices in Kazakhstan. Currently, the platform has more than 10,000 registered users and several thousand applications have been created. PLATMA Academy cooperates with companies such as Astana Hub, Fund Fusion, MOST BI in Kazakhstan. The platform's clients include companies from the UAE, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Slovenia and other countries.
EA Group investment holding participated as the main investor in the pre-seed financing round of PLATMA and invested 500 thousand dollars. The US Almaz Capital fund invested the same amount.
