The authorized capital of the company is 1,500,000 manats and its legal representative is Huseynov Azad Israil oglu.
Aliyeva Shirin Eldar gizi, Tekeli Taylan and Zarina Zeynalova Turan gizi are the members of the Supervisory Board of "A-Solutions Elketron Pul Hushtuzi" LLC. Zarina Zeynalova is also the legal representative of Azercell Telecom.
The newly established company is located at 149, Tbilisi avenue, Yasamal district, the same legal address as "Azercell Telekom" LLC.
