The "Shop" platform of "TikTok" has started New Year's shopping for the first time. Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, will be the first city where the new "Bolt Market" service is launched. It is an online grocery store that offers a wide selection of basic necessities with delivery through the Bolt Food app.
Users of the service will be able to order meals for delivery during the day. Customers also have the option to schedule delivery of food and related products up to 72 hours in advance. Promotions will be available for the first month, including free delivery within a 1.2 km radius and up to 50% off selected products in the personal hygiene and baby care categories. Selected products from alcoholic beverages and wine categories will be offered at a 15% discount.
To order, simply open the Bolt Food app and choose the nearest Bolt Market grocery store that offers over 3,500 products: from fresh products from local and foreign producers to long-lasting products and essentials. Before confirming the order, the application displays the price and estimated delivery time. To pay, the buyer must enter their bank card details in the application. You can follow the movement of the courier in real time through the "Bolt Food" program. From the moment you place your order, you will receive notifications about the package and delivery status of the product, as well as the courier's estimated arrival time. Delivery usually takes about 30 minutes.

In the future, we want to expand our range and scope of delivery to be even more competitive. In the near future, we plan to expand the Bolt Market network of local grocery stores to other cities of Azerbaijan in order to eliminate the need for local residents to go to the store to buy food, and to enable them to spend their time on more important work or leisure."
The food delivery service has been available on the "Bolt" platform since 2021 and has already proven itself in 12 cities in seven European countries. Now the service will take its proper place in the Azerbaijani market, providing high-quality and timely service to the growing number of customers.
