Reddit has announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2026. The company's revenue increased by 61% compared to the same period last year to $ 805 million.
According to the report, the number of daily active users of the platform increased by 18% to 130.3 million, and the number of weekly active users increased by 24% to 514.6 million. This is the first time in Reddit's history that it has exceeded the threshold of 500 million weekly active users.
The company's net profit more than doubled to $ 253 million. Advertising revenue increased by 64% to $ 762 million, and other income increased by 24% to $ 43 million. Analysts note that this growth in the advertising market exceeds the growth rate of the overall online advertising sector.
Reddit generated $ 262 million in operating cash flow in the second quarter and repurchased $ 235 million of Class A shares.
The company forecasts third-quarter revenue of $860-870 million and adjusted EBITDA of $385-395 million.
Reddit previously said that about 50% of its traffic to the platform comes from Google search.
