U.S.-based AI-powered recruitment (HRTech) startup Helio AI has raised $1 million in investment. The funding round included SABAH.fund, DOMiNO Ventures, Tetrad VC, and Axiom.
With this investment, the startup aims to further enhance its product and expand globally.
Helio AI offers an AI-driven recruitment platform capable of communicating naturally with candidates in local languages, integrating with game-based psychometric assessments, and fully automating end-to-end hiring processes. Thanks to this technology, approximately 70% of the recruitment workflow is automated, allowing the most suitable candidates to be identified instantly.
The platform aims to increase the speed and accuracy of hiring, especially for companies with a high volume of applications.

It is worth noting that Helio AI participated in BakuID 2025 held in Baku. During the event, the startup won the “HR Technology of the Year” award at the Nexus Awards ceremony. Additionally, at the INMerge Innovation Summit 2024, Helio AI won the Startup Battle competition and received a $25,000 prize.
