Another deputy chairman has been appointed to the Management Board of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport. Shahin Aliyev will now serve as the deputy chairman of the Agency.

Shahin Aliyev studied computer science at Qafqaz University in 2003-2007 and graduated with excellent results.

Shahin Aliyev, who started his career at Azercell Telecom LLC, worked there for more than 14 years. Since 2007, he has worked as a Billing Engineer and Expert Billing Engineer, and in 2014-2019 he was the head of the Business Configuration Department. Later, in 2019-2021, he worked as the manager of the Operation and Management Division of Customer-oriented Products and Services. In June-August 2021, he worked for a short time as an IT director at Azercell.

In August 2021, Shahin Aliyev was appointed the head of the Cyber ​​Security Service (CERT.AZ) and held this position until February 2023. Later, in February 2023, he was appointed as an adviser to the Chairman of the Board of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In August 2024, he was promoted to the position of deputy chairman of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency.

Shahin Aliyev's career is rich with specialization and extensive experience in the field of cyber security and personal data protection.
