The decision was made by the Tula Central District Court. The reason for this was LGBT* propaganda. It turned out that the platform sells bracelets and other accessories with rainbow patterns. According to the court, such goods have a negative impact on the moral, spiritual, mental and physical development and health of citizens of the Russian Federation.
“After entering ‘LGBT BRACELET’ in the search bar, we are taken to the page [ru.shein.com], where a selection of products with LGBT attributes is presented,” the court said.
Detailing the ordering process, it concluded that “the structure of the site allows you to order bracelets.”
