According to the amendments, the procedure for notifying debtor individuals whose right to leave the country is restricted, as well as the heads of executive bodies of legal entities, has been improved.
Under the law, when a court decision temporarily restricts a debtor’s right to exit the country, the information is immediately transmitted from the “Electronic Court” system to the “Electronic Enforcement” system. Then, through the “Electronic Enforcement” system, this information is sent to the interagency automated data search system “Entry-Exit and Registration,” and the restriction is applied.
An SMS notification is sent to the debtor individual or the head of the executive body of the legal entity at the registered mobile phone number.
When the grounds for the restriction are removed, this information is promptly entered into the “Electronic Enforcement” system and transmitted to the relevant automated system, lifting the restriction. The debtor is also notified of the removal of the restriction via SMS.
