As a result of the work carried out by the Institute of Management Systems of the Ministry of Science and Education, the State Examination Center (SEC) has established a "Chatbot" system in the Azerbaijani language for the Center.
This was stated by the general director of the Institute, academician Ali Abbasov.
According to him, an agreement has been signed between the parties and the work is about to be completed.
"Before the exams, the Ministry of Education receives a lot of requests and questions. It is by using our artificial intelligence-based system that they will have the opportunity to answer those questions in Azerbaijani. In addition, we have implemented a separate system for manuscript verification. This system will provide recognition with the help of artificial intelligence," the former minister said.
He added that negotiations are currently underway with a number of government agencies to establish an artificial intelligence-based Call Center.
