Among the public-private partnership projects approved by the Cabinet of Ministers for 2026, the construction of a science and technology park to be located in Baku occupies a special place. This project, announced by the Ministry of Economy, envisages the creation of a high-tech park in the "White City" area (Khatai district). The goal is to develop human capital, support scientific research, strengthen academia-industry cooperation, and create innovation-oriented jobs. The project consists of three stages, the implementation of the first stage has already begun. The next stages will be implemented with the participation of private partners, and the technopark will be transferred to the Ministry of Science and Education after being managed for 30 years. The Ministry of Economy invites investors interested in the project to submit a letter of intent. Applications should be sent to [email protected] within 60 working days.
