Fimple, a Turkish-based fintech startup that provides cloud-based banking solutions, has received an additional investment of $10 million to accelerate its global growth. This funding is a continuation of the Series A investment round that took place last year. Investors include Ak Portföy GSYF, DN Capital, Smartfin and APY Ventures.
According to the official statement released by the company, the investment will be mainly aimed at expanding its activities in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. In this context, new offices are planned to be opened in Dubai and Riyadh. Fimple aims to actively distribute banking, digital lending and Banking as a Service (BaaS) solutions in the region.
Founded in 2022 by Abdurrahman Çınar and Mücahit Gündebahar, Fimple, based in Istanbul and London, provides modern technological infrastructure solutions that can be customized for banks and financial companies.
Fimple CEO Mucahit Gündebahar said that this investment is a testament to the company's vision and will enable it to deepen strategic partnerships in the Gulf region.
