According to the Downdetector service, users experienced difficulties connecting to the internet, with weak signals or a complete loss of connection. Around 43,000 users reported these issues, but the service was restored shortly afterward.
The main problems were observed in the United States, although similar complaints were reported in the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, and Mexico. Users reported that their Starlink terminals were not working or that the signal was weak.
No complaints have been received from users in Azerbaijan. It should be noted that Starlink has been operating in Azerbaijan since March 29, 2025.
The service is now fully restored. Starlink has not yet issued an official statement regarding the problem.
