ABB Bank plans to expand its e-commerce capabilities in the near future. This was announced by Mehmet Ali Savaş, Head of ABB's Digital Office, at the International Finance and Banking Summit in Baku.
According to him, the bank has been implementing artificial intelligence technologies in customer services since the end of 2024, and currently about 70% of applications are answered directly by artificial intelligence.
ABB also launched the “DigiTravel” project. Within the framework of the project, users can buy airline tickets through the ABB Mobile application. The bank also plans to introduce a new platform covering the event and entertainment sector in the near future.
Mehmet Ali Savaş said that by the end of the next quarter, it will also be possible to sell smartphones, household appliances and other products in the ABB Mobile application. According to him, artificial intelligence will also help users choose the right product.
