AI platform for SMEs Promake receives $4 million investment

Promake, a startup that allows small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) to build and manage their websites through a single chat window, has raised $4 million in funding for its platform. The investment round was led by 212, and also included Ak Portföy GSYF, Arya VC, Gelecek Etki Fonu, JIMCO, and Maxis Ventures.

Launching its product globally in February of this year, the company managed to raise investment in just four months. Promake plans to use the proceeds to expand its product to new markets, strengthen its artificial intelligence infrastructure, expand its team, and develop new solutions for small businesses.

The platform allows users to build and manage a website, domain name, email service, e-commerce infrastructure, payment systems, and digital advertising through a single chat window. In addition, users can perform operations such as adding products, creating campaigns, updating pages, and accepting payments without any technical knowledge, simply by interacting with the system.

Promake, which currently provides solutions for over 500 million SMEs worldwide, aims to become an AI-based business management platform that provides small businesses with digital capabilities on par with large companies in the long term.

Emre Tekin, co-founder and CEO of Promake, said that the company will enter a phase of faster growth globally after the investment. According to him, the goal is to create a next-generation global platform where over 500 million SMEs can operate on the same level as large companies through a single chat screen.
