Amazon Q is designed as a chatbot for AWS customers. It is built on top AI models such as Amazon Q, Llama 2 and Claude 2 and trained on the company's long-standing database. In addition to assisting employees, this AI tool, distinguished by its ability to adapt to the needs of the company, can perform various tasks, such as making recommendations for advertising projects, collecting and debugging code for software.

Amazon Q offers its users access through multiple platforms. The service, which can be accessed via the AWS dashboard or third-party platforms such as Slack, is available to users for $20 per month. In addition, the advanced version, which offers more customization, starts at $25 per user.
