Local startup Onradar has been acquired by a US-based IT executive. The founder of the startup, Rufat Mammadli, made a statement about this. Mammadli stated that he did not post on Facebook for a long time in this field and noted that he was busy with personal and business affairs.
Rufat Mammadli talked about the reasons for the sale and his future plans
Mammadli attributes the main reason for his decision to sell his start-up to his desire to invest in more interesting areas: "I am sure that in the right hands Onradar will grow and even become a million dollar company. I will temporarily work with the new owner of Onradar and perform the handover work. After that, I will start building a new business and brand from scratch with an interesting startup idea. For now, I plan to rest."
The new owner of Onradar and the amount of the sale made a statement to Tech.az Media:
"During the purchase process, the new owner of Onradar wants to protect his privacy as he is making a private purchase. He works as a CTO in a cloud company in Arizona, USA. The sale amount is 5 figures. And as an impression, it was a sale that I really liked. Excitement This sale will strengthen my next startup project. I plan to work on a startup that provides B2B services."
This sale was considered an exciting step for Mammadli and a great source of motivation for his next big project.
