Azercosmos exported $4.7 million worth of services

Satellite telecommunication services, which are considered a new generation service export, have an important role in the direction of service export diversification. In January-March 2024, the Space Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Azerkosmos) exported satellite telecommunication services worth 4.7 million US dollars to 47 countries of the world. Azerkosmos' income from service exports made up 78 percent of its total income. In March 2024, "Azerkosmos" exported services worth 1.7 million US dollars to 43 countries of the world. The United Kingdom with 1.5 million US dollars, Luxembourg with 966.8 thousand US dollars, UAE with 339.8 thousand US dollars, 208.6 thousand US dollars in the top five of the export of satellite telecommunication services during January-March 2024 with Pakistan and Germany with 197.4 thousand US dollars.
