The mobile app of ChatGPT, an AI-powered chatbot developed by OpenAI, reached 15.6 million downloads in September and generated approximately $4.6 million in gross revenue. This program, which is growing in popularity, is offered to users on iOS and Android platforms and has become an actively used tool in everyday life.
In September, net income fell to $3.2 million, including in-app purchases from Apple and Google. However, the rate of revenue growth has recently dropped to 20 percent. Revenue for ChatGPT's mobile app has grown over the past few months. It was recorded as $2.1 million in June, $2.74 million in July, $3.81 million in August and $4.58 million in September.
But apart from ChatGPT, another artificial intelligence software called Ask AI is also attracting attention. Ask AI, which earned more revenue than ChatGPT in September, led the way with $5.51 million.
