Cloudflare has agreed to acquire Replicate, a platform that enables software developers to deploy, run, and manage AI models.
Cloudflare said the acquisition will give users access to Replicate’s library of more than 50,000 AI models and integrate them with the Cloudflare Workers AI platform.
The Replicate team will join Cloudflare and will be involved in developing new features that support custom AI models and deployment processes.
Simply put, Replicate is a cloud-based platform that provides developers with a platform to test, run, and integrate AI models into their projects. With this acquisition, Cloudflare aims to make working with AI easier and faster for its users. The platform is a competitor to Fal AI.
