During the registration of households, data will be collected regarding the number of computers and other electronic devices in homes, as well as access to the internet.
Citing Oxu.az, Tech.az Media reports that if a household possesses computers, laptops, or tablets, their type and quantity will be recorded.
Furthermore, the method by which internet access is provided will also be indicated. Households connected via telephone lines, cable television, or fiber-optic cables from service providers will be classified as having "fixed access," while those connected via mobile phones, data cards, or USB modems will be classified as having "wireless access."
These provisions will come into effect on January 1, 2027.
