Google has launched the next-generation artificial intelligence-based video generator, Veo 3.1. According to the company, this version provides better sound quality, realistic visual details and accurate query matching compared to its predecessors. The maximum video length is 8 seconds, and the image quality is 720p. The model supports both vertical and horizontal formats.
The new version is available through Google's Flow service. Users are allowed to create five videos for free. After that, the service is available for $ 20 per month with a Google AI Pro subscription.
In addition, Google has launched a video editing function on the Flow platform. This function supports audio editing, allows you to add music and speech to frames, remove or add objects, and also extend the video up to a minute.
Veo 3.1 is also integrated into the Gemini application and is active only for subscribers. Developers can also test the model via the Gemini API and Vertex AI.
