Google has introduced Gemini Enterprise, a new artificial intelligence solution designed for corporate clients. Presented by Thomas Kurian, the CEO of Google Cloud, the platform integrates the company’s most advanced AI models into a single, chat-based interface. Kurian noted that Gemini Enterprise will enable organizations to make fuller and more comprehensive use of AI.
Already adopted by major companies such as Gap, Figma, and Klarna, Gemini Enterprise allows users to directly interact with their company data, documents, and applications. It provides employees with a unified workspace to manage information and workflows from one central hub. The platform includes Gemini models, a no-code workspace, the ability to create custom agents, secure data connections with systems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and SAP, as well as centralized management tools.
Google also shared examples of early client results. For instance, Banco BV reported saving significant time in analytics and reporting processes. Harvey, a legal tech startup, has accelerated workflows such as contract analysis and compliance checks by leveraging Gemini models.
In customer engagement, Gemini Enterprise operates under the “Customer Engagement Suite”, which integrates AI across various communication channels like phone, chat, and mobile apps. Commerzbank uses a Gemini-powered chatbot named Bene to automatically handle millions of customer interactions. Meanwhile, Japan-based e-commerce platform Mercari plans to integrate Gemini Enterprise into its call center operations.
The first adopters of the new system include leading companies such as Gap, Figma, and Klarna.
