Citizens who need an urgent loan can send an online loan application through the "Azpulmat" application and sign the contract with "SIMA Signature". During the process, the identity of the citizen who sent the loan application is first determined by his facial image. After that, a one-time electronic signature is created for him, and the client sets a 6-digit password for the signature. Then, the citizen can sign the online loan agreement by entering that password. After signing the contract, the customer can cash out the funds at Azpulmat terminals, Azerpocht branches or by transferring to any debit card of his/her own.
It should be noted that since the system works 24/7, citizens can take a loan through the application "SIMA Imza" at any time of the day. Verification of the loan agreement in the application with biometric technology prevents fraudsters from taking loans using the name of citizens.
