Bolt is the first platform to offer AI-powered car-hailing in all of its markets, including Europe, the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Ukraine and Azerbaijan.
Bolt is now available through ChatGPT as part of its global integration, making its services available to ChatGPT’s 900 million weekly users for the first time.
This makes Bolt the first platform to offer AI-powered car-hailing in the EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Ukraine and Azerbaijan, the world’s most widely used AI assistant.
Users can now interact with Bolt directly within ChatGPT, see an estimated price for their trip, compare different route options and get an estimated arrival time for the driver. At the same time, the system helps reduce waiting times by suggesting the most suitable pick-up location for the passenger.
When you want to confirm a ride, the booking information is automatically transferred to the Bolt app and the booking is completed there.
This integration comes at a time when AI is becoming the main platform for people to plan their trips. According to Accenture Consumer Pulse Research 2025, a survey of 18,000 consumers in 14 countries shows that 80% of global travelers are already using AI tools for travel, and more than half of respondents are ready for their trips to be fully managed by AI.

Initially, payment will be made through the Bolt app. In the future, the company plans to add the ability to pay for trips directly within ChatGPT.
