Koç University graduates Zeynep Yorulmaz, İlker Yörü, and Deniz Soylular founded the Mindra startup, which has successfully raised $1.2 million in investment. This milestone highlights investor confidence in Mindra’s vision and its potential to compete in the global market.
The startup tackles a key issue in traditional finance: the inefficiency of micro-payments. Existing banks and payment systems typically charge 2–3% per transaction, making very small payments impractical for both users and service providers. Mindra aims to eliminate this barrier, enabling seamless micro-transactions in the digital economy.
Mindra’s innovative solution is based on autonomous multi-agent systems and AI infrastructure, reducing transaction fees to as low as 0.01%, making micro-payments practical and cost-effective. This approach also lays the foundation for AI agents and digital systems to collaborate freely, enabling fully transparent and traceable transactions.
Beyond being a financial tool, Mindra aspires to build the infrastructure of the digital future, potentially playing a key role in IoT and Web3 technologies, where machines and software conduct financial operations autonomously.
