According to information obtained by Business Insider, MrBeast plans to launch his own mobile service next year. At the same time, he and his team at Beast Industries are exploring fintech and mobile gaming opportunities.
MrBeast will not spend millions building his own mobile network. Instead, he will operate as a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), using existing networks from companies like AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. This approach, similar to Ryan Reynolds’ Mint Mobile, allows him to offer high-quality service at a lower cost.
This move is part of MrBeast’s strategy to expand his brand. He already owns food companies Feastables and Lunchly, as well as a toy line. Although he has over 430 million YouTube subscribers, his media business is not yet profitable. Last year, his YouTube channel and the Prime Video show ended with an $80 million loss, while his side businesses, particularly Feastables, generated $20 million in profit. With the new phone company, he aims to further expand the profitable side of his business.
