“Naxtel” LLC announced that, starting from December 1, 2025, it will cease providing telecommunication services.
Subscribers who wish to retain their current numbers and continue using mobile services must contact other mobile operators operating in the country—Azercell, Bakcell, or Nar—between October 1 and December 1, 2025.
Subscribers who do not transfer their numbers to another network by December 1, 2025, will have their numbers deactivated, and existing contracts will be terminated. Additionally, all active services on those numbers will be suspended, and any unused balance will be erased.
“Naxtel” LLC emphasizes that the company is not responsible for refunds or compensation for any amounts deleted by the specified date.
Number portability will be carried out in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, as well as in specially designated service centers in Baku and Ganja.
