New leadership appointments have been made in Future Lab and Bir ecosystem.
According to PASHA Financial Holding, Lukasz Szczepanski has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Birmarket.
With over 25 years of experience in various fields, including e-commerce, Lukasz Szczepanski has held senior management positions in a number of international companies during his career. He has held senior management positions in Allegro in particular and has been working closely with the Birmarket team as an advisor in recent months.
Samir Mammadov has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Future Lab. Prior to this appointment, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Birmarket. Samir Mammadov has extensive experience in the financial sector, entrepreneurship and innovation. During his career, he has held various leadership positions in leading financial institutions in the country, including the Chief Executive Officer of PashaPay. The appointment aims to increase the pace of Future Lab's development and realize new opportunities.
Future Lab will now operate as part of One Ecosystem and will focus on co-creation of products within the ecosystem. Farrukh Aliyev, who led Future Lab, will continue his activities within PASHA Group.
These changes are part of a purposeful transformation process within One Ecosystem.
PASHA Financial Holding was established in December 2025 and centrally manages PASHA Holding’s financial sector companies, as well as its investment portfolio in banking, insurance, fintech and e-commerce.
