Ozon's turnover in Uzbekistan increased fivefold, number of orders sixfold

Ozon has significantly increased its turnover, number of orders, customers and order points in Uzbekistan. This was reported by the company's press service.

In the third quarter of 2025, Ozon's total revenue increased by 59% year-on-year to $3.3 billion. Turnover including services (GMV) increased by 53% to $17.1 billion. The turnover of the marketplace in Uzbekistan increased almost fivefold compared to the third quarter of 2024.

The number of active users increased by 18% year-on-year to 63 million people. Ozon's customer base in Uzbekistan increased by 5.5 times. In July-September, the company delivered 667.8 million orders (an annual increase of 80%), the number of orders in the country increased almost sixfold.

The company's warehouse space reached 4 million square meters in the last quarter, and the number of order points exceeded 78 thousand. 45% of them are located in cities and villages with a population of less than 50 thousand people. As a result, 4 out of every 10 orders were delivered to small cities and villages.

Logistics capabilities in Uzbekistan include a sorting center in Tashkent. In July-September, the number of order points in the country increased by 4.5 times. The company has not yet disclosed exact figures.

Ozon's activities in Uzbekistan
Since November 2023, Ozon has started direct sales in Uzbekistan. More than 20 categories of products are available for the country's residents - books, clothing, food, etc. Alexey Sapon, Ozon's Director of Operations and Development for the CIS, said that there are more than 100 million products on the marketplace.

In October 2024, the first sorting center was opened in Tashkent and local sellers were attracted to the marketplace. The company plans to open three new sorting centers in Fergana, Termez, and Bukhara, bringing the number of order points to 1,500.

In December, Ozon announced a partnership with UzPost. Uzbek citizens will be able to pick up products they order at Ozon at 685 post offices in the country. Delivery is free from Russia and takes about two weeks. Currently, orders can be received through UzPost in the following cities: Tashkent, Namangan, Samarkand, Andijan, Fergana, Nukus, Kokand, Bukhara, Garshi, and Margilan. In the future, the number of UzPost branches accepting Ozon orders will be increased to 1,600.

According to previous information, Wildberries has also opened a large logistics complex in Uzbekistan.
