The new procedure for using the funds of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport has been approved.
Tech.az reports that the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev “On approval of the Procedure for using the funds of the Innovation Agency under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan” has been amended.
According to the Decree, this Regulation determines the mechanism and conditions for using the funds of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry).
The Agency’s funds are used to ensure digital development across the country, including assisting local business entities in acquiring modern technologies and technological solutions and organizing their transfer, supporting innovation-oriented scientific research, promoting innovative projects (including startups), as well as promoting innovation entrepreneurship.
