On February 2, the "Demo Day" event was held at the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center of the Azerbaijan-French University. At the event, six startup teams ("BronKing", "Bron.", "Connectify", "KingJob", "Bonjur" and "Eathanos") that successfully graduated from the IGNITE incubation program presented their innovative ideas and initial products to the jury members, potential investors and partners.
After the startups finished their presentations, they answered the questions of the jury members. Jury members evaluated the startups based on presentations and Q&A and selected two winners.
At the end of the event, the names of the winning startups were announced. "Bron" took the first place, and "Eathanos" took the second place. Both startups received initial seed investment of 5,000 manats.
It should be noted that the IGNITE incubation program is a three-month program implemented by the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation of the Azerbaijan-French University and intended for startups that want to rise from the idea stage to the minimum viable product stage.
