As part of the measures taken to transition digital state services to a single centralized system, the Ministry is about to complete the process of integrating its digital services provided through the "e-Social" mobile application into the "mygov" platform.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population issued a statement on this.
It was stated that the process will be fully completed by the end of this month and the "e-Social" application will completely cease its activities from May 1.
Thus, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population became the first state institution to integrate its e-services into the "mygov" platform.
At the same time, in order to prevent duplication of digital services related to the institution and taking into account that these services are already provided centrally from a single platform - the "mygov" platform, the "e-Social" mobile application is being discontinued.
It should be noted that the Ministry, which is one of the institutions that has most widely implemented the digitalization process in public administration, has digitized more than 90 percent of its services in recent years.
It also proactively implemented more than 50 of these services and was the first government agency to migrate its information systems to the Government Cloud (G-cloud) infrastructure.
