One of the main innovations for "Ozon Azerbaijan" customers is free delivery. The marketplace has canceled the fixed fee of 1.99 AZN, which was previously charged when placing an order. Now customers from Azerbaijan can make purchases without incurring additional delivery costs.
In addition to free delivery, the platform has localized the marketplace storefront in Azerbaijani. Now users can search for goods both on the website and in the application and place orders in their native language.
