The Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev, together with his delegation, visited the Astana Hub international innovation center and met with representatives of the startup ecosystem of Kazakhstan.
During the meeting, the main topic of discussion was the expansion of digital cooperation between the two countries, the identification of new development directions in the fields of technology and innovation. The parties also evaluated the opportunities for startups, digital infrastructure and long-term partnership.
The Azerbaijani delegation was presented with a number of innovative solutions already implemented in Kazakhstan. Among them were Biny (digital logistics platform), Codiplay (a system that teaches children programming and robotics), the international taxi service inDrive, the AMAN SOS emergency service, the Yume rental platform, as well as technological projects based on artificial intelligence such as WeGlobal AI and Shai Pro.
Representatives of Astana Hub provided detailed information about the mission of the cluster, its infrastructure and the opportunities it provides for startups. It was noted that the institution has become a starting point for international technology teams and is interested in expanding cooperation with the digital ecosystem of Azerbaijan.
It should be noted that Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan are actively developing their strategic partnership beyond the traditional energy and logistics sectors, also in the areas of technology, startup ecosystems, and digital transformation.
