This information was given in the semi-annual report of "Kapital Bank" OJSC. It was noted that "Kapital Bank" invested 48 million 704 thousand manats in "Pasha Pay" LLC on May 21, 2024.
It should be noted that the charter capital of "PashaPay" LLC, a financial company of "PASHA Holding" LLC, was increased for the first time in October 2023 after it became part of the holding. Thus, the authorized capital of the company was increased by 18 million manats from 22 thousand manats to 18 million 22 thousand manats.
Currently, there are two main payment services owned by PashaPay in the ecosystem - MilliÖn and m10.
The company was called "Komtec LTD" LLC until 2021 and owns the "MilliÖn" payment terminal. After becoming part of the holding, it was renamed "PashaPay".
The company named as "Komtec LTD" LLC was renamed "PashaPay" in 2022 after it became part of Pasha Holding. PashaPay is based on the MilliÖN payment system, which has been available to the public since 2008, known as the "people's brand". Currently, the population makes payments using more than 700 services through more than 5,500 MilliÖN terminals spread throughout the country. Among them, we can mention mobile communication, utilities, insurance, state fees, payments of legal entities and other services.
In July 2022, PashaPay successfully introduced the new m10 mobile application, enabling individuals and entrepreneurs to simplify their transactions. The biggest advantage of m10, an electronic wallet, is completely commission-free domestic money transfers. More than 440 employees work in the company's offices in Baku and Moscow.
