The director of Payriff CJSC has changed. Turkan Farzaliyeva has left the position of CEO of Payriff CJSC
Turkan Farzaliyeva has officially confirmed her departure from the position of CEO of PayRiff CJSC. She stated that since February she has continued to work in the company as an advisor, while the position of CEO is performed by co-founder Khayal Mammadov.
"Since we have been managing Payriff together since day one, no serious changes have occurred for the company," Turkan Farzaliyeva noted. According to her, she has been on a long-term official leave since April 15.
Farzaliyeva, together with the team at Payriff CJSC, which she led for almost 5 years, has achieved many significant successes. She played a significant role in the company's transformation into one of the leading players in the payment systems ecosystem of Azerbaijan. "It is not easy to establish and grow a Fintech company. I am pleased that I was able to complete this experience more successfully than I thought," she emphasized.
Farzaliyeva also touched upon the company's achievements:
Payriff has an international PCI-DSS certificate.
In 2021, it was awarded the Startup Certificate by the SME Association.
In April 2024, it gained the status of a technopark resident of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.
In July of the same year, it received an official license from the Central Bank of Azerbaijan to provide payment services.
Currently, Payriff continues to operate in Azerbaijan, Pakistan, and the United Arab Emirates and offers more than 20 online payment services.
Turkan Farzaliyeva emphasized in her speech that focusing on one idea for a long time can sometimes prevent new opportunities:
“Change is always good. It's time to be open to new opportunities.”
