Insider One, which recently updated its brand identity by adding “One” to its name, announced a strategic partnership with OpenAI. Under the agreement, OpenAI’s advanced large language models will be integrated into the Insider One ecosystem.
Thanks to this partnership, customer data analysis, content creation and other workflows will be managed based on artificial intelligence. The “Agent One” solution at the heart of the project transforms brands’ traditional e-commerce processes into a more dynamic and personalized experience in real time.
“Shopping Agent” and “Support Agent” powered by OpenAI models analyze user intent and implement product discovery, personalized recommendations and after-sales support processes through natural language. The system works on the “agent-to-agent” principle, allowing one agent to recommend products while the other checks stock and order history in the background.
MCP Server support provided as part of the technical integration provides teams with access to operational data with simple language queries, without the need for complex dashboards and manual reports. Additionally, through native ChatGPT app integration, brands will be able to deliver their campaigns and coupons directly through the platform.
Overall, this partnership accelerates brands’ transition from traditional campaign management to a real-time, data-driven, automated customer engagement model.
