Özgür Genc has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Azerfon LLC (brand name "Nar"). He brings over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications sector to this role.
According to the company, Özgür Genc has extensive and rich experience in telecommunications, ICT, and network technologies. Prior to this appointment, he held various leadership positions at several leading ICT and telecommunications companies, including Azerconnect Group in Azerbaijan, Turkcell in Turkey, and Lifecell in Ukraine.
Özgür Genc succeeds Qunnar Panke as the CEO of Azerfon LLC ("Nar").
Regarding his education, he graduated from the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Yıldız Technical University in Turkey. He later completed the "Digital Transformation and Management of the Future" program at the prestigious IMD Business School in Switzerland.
